Introduction to Molecular Gastronomy Free Course Introduction to Molecular Gastronomy
Explore molecular gastronomy – the science of deliciousness. Learn about the structures and interactions of the atoms and molecules that make up our foods. Study the four principle structures of our food: chemistry and physics of water, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.
