This conference focuses on Community College faculty, staff, and administrators engaged (or interested) in online education including delivery of online services such as student, faculty, library, and technical support.

How can MOOCs account for large numbers of drop-outs, for example? Or, how can a person achieve credentials taking open courses online? Such questions appeal to a presumed model of student success based on completion and graduation. But for students themselves, success may be measured by very different parameters, representing not simply knowledge learned or competencies achieved, for example, the ability to gain employment, complete a task, or simply fill some time with an entertaining diversion.
